Shipping Policy

We ship across India and to select international destinations. All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Domestic Shipping (India)

• Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days
• Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (available at checkout)
• Free standard shipping on orders above ₹2,000.

International Shipping

• Delivery times vary by destination: typically 7–14 business days.
• International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
• Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece you receive. If you are not completely satisfied, here's how we can help:

Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
• Sale items, customised pieces, and blouse-stitched sarees are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at returns@silkandseam.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
